With 25 years as a physiotherapist, Kristen says the words out loud. Bladder leaks. Prolapse. Painful sex. She takes the conditions people whisper about and hands patients language, dignity, and a plan.
 

She is the founder of Blueberry Therapy, a multidisciplinary clinic in Dundas, Ontario with 26 team members and 300+ patient visits per week. She is the creator and host of The Pleasure Principle Conference, a landmark event in women's pelvic and sexual health, and host of The Hole Shebang podcast. She holds an Adjunct position at McMaster University, where she trains the next generation of healthcare professionals to have the conversations that change patient outcomes.
 

At her core, Kristen is a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of complex challenges and clear communication. That same instinct drives her work in AI consulting, podcasting, and education.
