TREATMENT WITH MARK

In practice for over 25 years, Mark approaches whole body health by working with clients to find a new point of balance for their health and well-being and discover the underlying sources of their health concerns. Mark utilizes light palpation and gentle techniques applied to the body’s soft tissues, cranium and spine. In turn, this assists the release of stress and tension, reduces restrictions and ease discomfort. This approach allows the body to return to balance, restore ease of movement and improve function.

Mark's method of treatment is based on Biodynamic Osteopathy, a very gentle yet highly effective form of treatment which is taught only after completing a rigorous undergraduate education. It requires spending considerable time and effort to complete the post-graduate instruction. Mark has invested his time in this approach to offer a high level of osteopathic care.

Mark has extensive experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. His practice includes teens, adults and seniors, babies, children and issues related to pregnancy. He has a special interest in posture, movement, and how we relate to our body.
