AJ (she/her) is a Registered Physiotherapist who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University. Her graduate studies further developed her interest in collaborative, evidence-informed healthcare and the importance of working across disciplines to support individualized patient care.

 

She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in working with individuals living with persistent pain. Over the years, She continued to expand her clinical training, including skills like pain science education, exercise and movement, acupuncture and dry needling, taping, manual therapy, and vestibular rehab, into her practice.

 

Her approach is individualized and whole-person focused, recognizing that pain, recovery, and movement are influenced by more than just the physical body. She always creates a space where you feel heard, respected, and involved in decisions about your care, and where treatment progresses at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

 

Outside of physio, she enjoys travelling and exploring new places and food, staying active, hiking and spending time outdoors, relaxing in a sauna, and connecting with her community. She values experiences that support movement, wellness, and connection.
