Jessica graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020 and has been a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ever since. With a lifelong curiosity about nearly everything, Jessica loves exploring and experimenting with clients to see what type of care best fits their unique needs, goals, lifestyle and preferences.

Jessica has pursued additional training in craniosacral therapy (not currently practicing), dolphin neurostim MPS therapy, and Vodder manual lymphatic drainage. Whether a session is goal-oriented or simply a quiet space to unwind, Jessica’s intention is always to leave her

patients feeling informed, empowered, and cared for.

Now based in Hamilton, Jessica is inspired by the region’s natural beauty. Outside of work,

she enjoys hiking, meditation, and great conversations.
