Registered Physiotherapist, PT, MScPT
Veronica Wong (she/her) is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from McMaster University with her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy degree in 2015. Prior to that, she attended the University of Waterloo where she received her Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering degree.
Veronica is particularly interested in supporting people with pelvic health concerns and persistent pain (or a combination of those two!). She believes strongly in empowering people to help themselves and to feel confident with their bodies again. She has taken additional courses specializing in pelvic health physiotherapy for women and men. She uses a combination of evidence-based physical and mental training techniques/skills to help people live the life they desire. She is a member of the Women’s Health Division and Pain Science Division with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
When not in the clinic, you can find Veronica chasing her young daughter around, with her nose in a book, or lifting heavy things at the gym. She enjoys staying active and will often venture to try different physical activities, including parkour, rock climbing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
