Andrew (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. He has worked in residential treatment in both public and private settings, and in the child welfare sector.
Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Care and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He is looking forward to enhancing his training in other modalities.
Andrew works with individuals, couples and families in order to help guide them in achieving their specific therapeutic goals. He is a strong advocate for men’s mental health. This passion stems from witnessing the personal experiences of men close to him impacted by mental health challenges and his own experience of pregnancy loss and fertility treatments.
Outside of clinical hours Andrew enjoys his time with his two young children, his wife and his dog. He enjoys playing hockey, cycling and spending time at the family cottage.
