A graduate of Mohawk College, Zach is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms) and Personal Trainer.
He is passionate about working with clients to help them achieve their goals, utilizing the most up to date and effective techniques.
With over 7 years of working alongside athletes, as well as competing in Olympic-style weightlifting, Zach focuses on the importance of daily movement and recovery methods as a cornerstone activity to living a healthy life.
His approach is individually tailored to what each client needs - both in the moment and for their overall health goals. With a passion for learning, Zach draws on different techniques, ranging from relaxation to rehabilitation and movement exercises.
