Lisa is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She graduated with her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2014. She also holds a degree in Psychology from Brock University and a Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences from Mohawk College. Lisa has taken additional training in Reflective Family Play, Infant Mental Health and Narrative Therapy.
Lisa has over 10 years of experience working with young children and their families. Throughout her career she has worked closely with children and parents in a variety of settings, including home and educational settings, McMaster Children’s Hospital and both public and private children’s mental health agencies. Lisa provides consultation to childcare centres and schools in addition to her direct work with clients.

Treatment plans and goals are developed in collaboration with parents/caregivers and are individualized to meet the needs of each specific client. Sessions can be done with parents/caregivers, children/youth or a combination of both.
