As part of her clinical counselling professional development, Cree has completed training in a number of evidence-based modalities commonly used in therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Brief Therapy (single session), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Meditation and more.
In addition to independent private practice, Cree works as a mental health counsellor with the Hamilton Family Health Team, serving patients in primary care.
Cree has supported individuals who have experienced concerns relating to anxiety and mood, relationships, health and wellness, stress, parenting, reproductive health (perinatal, pregnancy, postpartum), sexuality, gender identity, body image, assertiveness, self esteem, empowerment, well-being and more. She works with individuals from all orientations and backgrounds which is her deep honour and privilege.
